Why:  David Kelley, priest of the diocese of Cincinnati, has 38 civil lawsuits against him.  (Click here for a statement from his Ohio victims.)

SNAP will point out that the church knew this man was a danger and allowed him to live unidentified in a neighborhood with many children.  Kelly has sold his house and is moving.  Where is he going?  Will he get a job in contact with children and teens?  Who will protect the children where he moves? 

Of note:  A statement from David Kelley's victims will be presented at the news conference, and discussion of upcoming changes proposed in Tennessee law will be discussed.
